Joseph Harris is a Music Agent at the leading entertainment and sports agency Creative Artists Agency (CAA) and a current board member of Communities In Schools Los Angeles (CISLA). The Southern California native started off working part-time at Costco after graduating from Arizona State University with a degree in Business Communication. He began his career at CAA in 2013 as a floating assistant before working his way up to agent in 2017. During his first two years at the post, he secured major residency deals for both Cardi B and Ludacris, earning him a spot on Forbes 30 Under 30 publication. In 2024 alone, he's negotiated over eighty deals for the most highly attended festivals and some of the hottest tours around the world, grossing roughly sixty million dollars in revenue!
Harris is based in the Los Angeles office and represents many of the world’s leading musicians, including A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, A$AP Rocky, Ludacris, Missy Elliott, Omah Lay, Samm Henshaw, and Tems––just to name a few. He has played a pivotal role in securing bookings for top-tier festivals such as Coachella, Lollapalooza, Lyrical Lemonade, and Rolling Loud.
